Back in December 2022, I decided to lose some weight.
I was too fat for my taste and above all my health was deteriorating when I’m not even 30 years old! I started running every morning when I am working at home and on the weekend. I also started doing some exercices every morning and I liked it.
Exercising first thing in the morning is a really great way to start the day. It gives a good mood to my days.
In one month, I lost 10kg eating well and doing a lot of sport. I hope to continue like this throughout the year to lose weight and feel better.
